A variety of about 40 different dishes, daily prepared by our team with care and the personal attention of our head chef Vassilis Spanogiannis and sous chef Kostas Akouros. Our recipes are based on the rich, traditional cuisine of Greece, which is quite rare to come by, in our days.
For evening and night time, our proposal includes new inspired dishes by our acclaimed chef, Nikos Mentis. His valuable contribution brings traditional Greek cuisine into a new, more creative dimension.
For the summer of 2015, “Martinis’ Specialty Menu” comprises his new effort, which stands out for its savoury dishes and appetizers, inspired by the Mediterranean Cuisine.
